TO ALL RESIDENTS WITH SECURITY SYSTEMS:
IT HAS COME TO THE ATTENTION OF THE WINTERLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE TOWN COUNCIL, DUE TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT CHANGING THEIR LOCAL PHONE NUMBER, THE SECURITY COMPANIES DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT NUMBER TO CALL IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY.
IF YOU, OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW, HAVE A SECURITY SYSTEM INSTALLED IN YOUR HOME, PLEASE CALL THE TOWN OFFICE TO GET THE CORRECT NUMBER AND ENSURE YOUR SECURITY COMPANY HAS BEEN UPDATED.
RESIDENTS ARE ALSO REMINDED TO CALL 911 IN CASE OF ANY EMERGENCY AND NOT THE LOCAL NUMBER.
